Samantha
is the 17 year old daughter of East Coast
Singer/Songwriter John Gracie. Last Christmas,
Samantha was featured on her first national
radio single, a duet with her father, on
a rewrite of the Christmas classic, Baby
It’s Cold Outside. The song received
national airplay and became a favourite
amongst live audiences across throughout
the Maritimes. The success of the single
also brought John and Samantha a performance
in Manhattan at the Bryant Park Tree Lighting
Ceremony.
Samantha has continued to make special
appearances at some of John’s summer
concert performances.
Samantha not only sings but dances.
She is in the Intensive Training Program
at Maritime Dance Academy. She also has
been the lead actress in her school musicals
taking on the roles of Dorothy in Oz, Desdemona
in Othello and Miss Scarlett in an independent
production of Clue.
She has been contracted by Ford
Models and has been seen in many print
commercials. Her other interests include
piano, cheerleading, paddling. She is on
the student council at Dartmouth High and
the Editor of her school yearbook. |
